1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlphaLead AI("AlphaLead AI", the "Service", or "we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AlphaLead AI is a team management and productivity platform that uses AI to help distributed teams prioritize tasks, surface blockers anonymously, and run async standups. More detail is available at https://alphalead.space/.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to form a binding contract.

4. Your account and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at general202015@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
Upload content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your team, including feeding it to our AI models to generate responses.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you upload.

7. Plans and billing

We offer a free plan (up to 5 users, no credit card required) and paid plans with additional features. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. Prices are listed at https://alphalead.space/#pricing.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

9. Service changes and interruptions

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, network failures, or events beyond our control.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaLead AI and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or create risk or legal exposure for us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
