1. Who we are

AlphaLead AI("AlphaLead AI", "we", "us") is a team management and productivity platform operated from https://alphalead.space/. You can contact us at general202015@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account data: name, email address, and profile picture. When you sign in with Google, we receive the email, name, and photo associated with your Google account.
  • Content you create: projects, tasks, messages, notes, documents you upload to the Knowledge Hub, and any other information you enter while using the service.
  • Calendar data (optional): if you connect your Google Calendar, we read free/busy information and event metadata solely to schedule context sessions. We do not store your calendar contents beyond the access and refresh tokens needed to keep the integration working.
  • Usage data: log data, device information, and interaction events used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
  • To power AI features (task prioritization, summaries, recommendations) using large language models. Your content is used as context to generate responses for you and your team.
  • To communicate with you about your account, security alerts, and product updates.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, we process personal data on the following legal bases: (a) your consent; (b) the performance of a contract you have with us (providing the service); and (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.

5. Sub-processors and sharing

We rely on the following third-party providers:

  • Google Cloud: hosting, database, and OAuth authentication.
  • Google Vertex AI / Gemini: language model inference for AI features.
  • Stripe: payment processing (when you upgrade to a paid plan).

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for cross-context advertising.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

8. Security
